The down pipe at the back of the property coming from the roof, leads onto the a low level bathroom extension. The higher drainpipe doesn’t drain into the gutters of the extension, which causes it to splash onto the patio flagstones. The pipe then leading down to the ground doesn’t lead into the drain cover. So I woukd like a quote for this work. Also the horizontal gutter along the bavk of rhe house may need replaced but can’t exactly see as to high for me to examine.
