we have an old victorian building in blackheath (se3) where we will be undertaking external works in a couple of months time.
we would like to take the opportunity to replace the existing plastic roof guttering and also replace a small section of drainage pipework and as such are seeking quotes. key information as follows:
1. building dimensions are width (flank to flank) – 11m and depth (front to back) – 14m
2. guttering needs to be replaced on all 4 sides of the building. black plastic guttering to be installed. no down-pipes need to be replaced.
3. all quotes to include necessary brackets and fixings for guttering and removal and disposal of old gutters.
4. there are two small runs of bathroom outflow pipes from a sink and shower (made up of 5 or 6 different small pieces of pipework) that require replacing along with the junction(s) on the main downflow pipe underneath that are leaking (photo available).
5. scaffold will be provided as part of the main works, so no allowance needs to be made for this in any quotation.
in any quotes please indicate how long the quote is valid for, the specification of guttering to be used, availability to do the work in august / september this year and how many days it will take to complete all works. also please indicate if vat will be charged.
