1. there was a dripping gutter that was visible whilst on site that is leading to damp within the property which was highlighted to us. damp areas have formed because of the defective guttering, it is recommended the guttering is re-fixed.
2. dripping is seen below off the side of the building please can this be remedied.

hi, we have water spilling from one of out gutters- i’m not sure if it’s broken or just blocked. also i’m fairly sure some of the other guttering is blocked (from the ground you can see grass growing in it).
the guttering is cast iron, and the house is grade ii listed, so i think it has to stay like that.
would it be possible for someone to look at this please ?
