    2.carefully remove & clear existing blocked downpipe to rear of property, once removed, remove as required patio slab surrounding drainpipe & clean out? once this detail is exposed it will determine extent of blockage hopefully, we should be able to clean out debris, this would only be known once down pipe & drain is exposed.
