    we had the gutters replaced not too long ago, but the piece that attaches to one of the down pipes, i think is damaged as the water has always poured outside of the downpipe. i contacted the people that done the work and they came back out at the time and said that all was fine, but they said that they put silicone around the joins to make sure, but this has not solved the problem and with rain like today the water is pouring out of the bottom of that section.
