    we need professional advice re guttering and down pipe (goes into soakaway). in heavy rain the gutter overflows and pours down the wall and rain comes in through the french window. this is a 1970s terraced house and the prior owner of our immediate neighbour removed their own down pipe when building an extension so it is water from two roofs coming into ours.
