    i have a 3 storey victorian house in mount pleasant and apart from there being grass/moss growing in the gutters i have 2 points in the front where the down pipes are not connected. one above the front door and one near the top of the roof. i think this may be the cause of the standing water issue i have in my cellar because the water is being held in the stones that are in my front garden. so this is a pretty urgent matter because i need to figure out where the standing water is coming from so that i can get cellar dried out and usable. also there is a pipe unattached to the rear of the property around the roof of the extension bet*** a*** storey.
