I am intending to purchase 2 Maple Close, Calne, SN11 0QW and have recently had a RICS Homebuyers Report done for the property.
The report states that
“there are valley gutters at the front obstructed by moss which requires clearing”
and
“The rainwater goods are made up of plastic gutters and downpipes, The plastic rainwater goods are dated and leaking in numerous areas particularly at the rear and we would recommend very early upgrading of these. and
