Hi there, We had some guttering and downpipes fitted by yourself in March 2021. Just after Christmas 2023 the downpipes were blocked with leaves etc and they overflowed onto our conservatory. We had a gutter cleaning company come to clear them and they said the guttering at the front had been cut short and the gap was filled with silicone which was stopping the leaves from travelling down the gutter and leading to water overflowing. As this is still under a guarantee could this be looked at and rectified if necessary.
