    The house is a large Victorian detached house. The measurements being about 8 metres along the front and back of the house and 6 metres at each side. Guttering is original cast Iron and will mainly need cleaning and bolting back where it has become detached in places. New fascia boards needed throughout and has to be like for like wood fascias. House is very tall. Two floors of 12 foot ceilings so scaffolding needed. Probably to be moved around house as the work is being done piece by piece. Scaffolding also needed in order to paint three sides of the house at the same time
