    Work description: I live in a rental property. We recently started to have damp in the bedroom on the outside wall and the estate agents have said that we have to make sure the guttering is OK to see if that sorts it out before they will look into it further.
    I am hoping you may be able to come and look at the gutter area where the water is leaking at the front of the house, and if so, clear the blockage.
    I am sure that everything needs doing gutter-wise (the whole house is pretty run down to be honest) but as we are tenants I would prefer to just have the minimal work done needed just to satisfy our tenancy obligations.
