    Gutter union joint needs replacement or properly sealed as it leaks water. From outside it looks like there’s no gaps at all. Got the job done back in June 2025, where the roofer just re-seated the old joint back to its place to cover the gap and 5 weeks later it started leaking again, then when I contacted them to fix it properly, was told warranty was for the parts only and not for the labour, since the join had never been replaced.
